We have extensive experience in temporary supporting loads from roofs, floors, ceilings, brickwork and concrete structures.
Temporary support of the structure is of great importance when it comes to replacing loadbearing termite damaged timber to maintain the integrity of the building structure throughout all the termite remedial construction works.

We conduct assessment and inspections of termite damage to commercial buildings and residential homes including but not limited to:

• Subfloor timber framing damaged by termites.
• Termite damaged timber framed walls, termite damaged studs, top and bottom plates.
• Roof framing which has been compromised by termite damage which includes rafter and roof beams.
