Where we are installing timber floor boards on a subfloor timber frame we assess the condition under the house for moisture and dampness. If a moisture issue is found to be present we will rectify it prior to installing the new timber floor.

Subfloor timber framing repairs for new timber floor installation 

We repair subfloor timber framing, level the subfloor area and restump houses when required for the installation of a new timber floor.
Replacing woodrot damage, timber pest and termite damaged timber and installing sheet flooring creating a solid base for the installation of new timber floors.
